This will involve all the logistics that go with organizing golf events such as:

• Overall organization of golf day and co-ordination with your company.
• Liaison with golf club i.e. booking of golf course and co-ordination of catering requirements.

• Handling invitations and confirmations with would be participants.
• Prepare booking sheets, verify handicaps and prepare the draw.
• Identify and obtain prizes ranging from the main prize to novelty prizes such as nearest to the pin, longest drive etc.
• Co-ordinate the placement of banners and other promotional material in various parts of the course.
• Provide advise with regard to pin positions and tee markers to make the game interesting.

This will enable you to concentrate on other tasks as well as enjoy your day on the course.
